Integrated Multi-Phase Inductor – The More Compact Alternative for 5KW-500KW Applications
Our integrated multi-phase inductor replaces multiple individual inductors with a single unit – no circuit changes required.
Compared with a customized 3 PH Choke to a Toroidial Choke Solution it offers:
–37% weight, –45% volume, improved inductance balance (±0.1% vs. ±14%), lower coupling (0.15 vs. 0.45), and reduced core and winding losses.
The lower coupling coefficient ensures stable performance even under DC bias – ideal for modern power electronics control systems.
All our products are manufactured using flat wire winding technology. Unlike conventional round wire, it uses a rectangular copper conductor, enabling a higher fill factor, higher current density, better thermal performance, and more compact and lightweight designs. These advantages are especially important for power electronics with limited space, such as EV charging systems, solar inverters, and drive systems.
